Benefice of the Esk Parishes: Information
BAPTISMS.
Anyone who wishes to have their child or themselves baptised will need to contact the Rectory on 01228 791338, to make an appointment for a booking-in session.
We have a friendly Baptism Team who will keep you right! They will help you through the process.
Booking-in appointments take place in the evening on the first Wednesday of every month, except for July, November and December, when alternative dates will be arranged. At this appointment the parents and all the godparents should attend if at all possible.
Baptisms themselves will take place on the:
1st Sunday in the month at Arthuret,
3rd Sunday in the month at Nicholforest and the
4th Sunday in the month at Kirkandrews unless these dates are already full and then an alternative date will be given.
